H.C.R. No. 234



HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, H.B. No. 2157 has been adopted by the house of 
representatives and the senate; and
	WHEREAS, H.B. No. 2157 contains a technical error that should 
be corrected; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 79th Legislature of the State of Texas, That 
the enrolling clerk of the house of representatives be instructed 
to correct H.B. No. 2157, in added Subsection (g), Section 21A.301, 
Insurance Code, in the last sentence of that subsection, by 
striking "Subsection (j)" and substituting "Subsection (i)".
