H.C.R. No. 235
HOUSE CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3376 has been adopted by the house of
representatives, has been enrolled by the enrolling clerk of the
house of representatives, and is being prepared to be sent to the
senate; and
WHEREAS, House Bill No. 3376 contains a technical error that
should be corrected; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the signature of the speaker of the house of
representatives be declared null and void and that the speaker be
authorized to remove the speaker's signature from enrolled House
Bill No. 3376; and, be it further
RESOLVED, That the enrolling clerk of the house of
representatives be hereby instructed to correct House Bill No. 3376
by inserting in amended Section 35.02, Penal Code, in Subsection
(c), between "Subsection (a)" and "[this section]", "or (b)".
