R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, May 19, 2004, was indeed a special day for Pat and 
Teresa "Dede" Woodman of Austin, for on that day their adorable baby 
boy, William McClure Woodman, was born; and
	WHEREAS, Weighing seven pounds and measuring 19 inches in 
length, "Mac" Woodman was born at 4:32 a.m. at Seton Hospital in 
Austin; and
	WHEREAS, A seventh-generation Texan, the young Mr. Woodman 
has been blessed with an irresistible smile and a winning 
personality and has brought great joy into the lives of his parents 
and many admirers; and
	WHEREAS, The birth of a new Texan is always a noteworthy 
event, and it is truly a pleasure to formally announce Mac's birth 
and honor his delighted parents; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby officially welcome William McClure Woodman as a 
new citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt congratulations to Pat 
and Dede Woodman on the birth of their new son; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Woodmans as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
