R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, December 3, 2004, was indeed a special day for Kambiz and Regina Rafraf of Dallas, for it marked the occasion of the birth of their adorable baby girl, Anisa Victoria Rafraf; and WHEREAS, This charming beauty weighed 8 pounds, 15 ounces, and measured 20 inches in length when she made her debut at 3:22 p.m. on Friday afternoon; and WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a peaceful nature, Anisa has brought great joy into the lives of her parents and relatives, including her paternal grandparent, Sedigeh Rafraf; her brothers, Ben, Andre, and Arian; her aunts, Marilyn, Deanna, Colette, Donna, Doris, Manijeh, Mahshid, and Mina; her uncles, Michael, Raphael, Gabriel, Roman, Jamshid, Nader, and Darius; and her cousins, Pariya, Omid, Arash, Abtin, Navid, Farid, Faraz, Tanya, Roxana, Arianna, Armin, Kim, Danny, Laura, Matthew, Sara, Bobby, Abby, Damian, Shifra, Melanya, Analeah, Shannon, Lauren, Tiffany, Heidi, Renee, Brittany, Peter, Regina, Steve, Amanda, Sylvia, Michael, Shawn, Chelsea, Trevor, Rachel, Monica, and Neal; and WHEREAS, The birth of a new Texan is always a momentous event, and the members of this chamber take great pleasure in formally announcing Anisa's birth and honoring her delighted parents; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature hereby officially welcome Anisa Victoria Rafraf as a new citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt congratulations to Kambiz and Regina Rafraf on the birth of their cherished daughter; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Rafraf as an expression of high regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
