R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Susie Ransleben Villarreal is retiring from her 
position with the San Antonio district office of the Texas 
Department of Transportation on March 31, 2005, after an 
outstanding career that has spanned nearly three decades; and
	WHEREAS, During her tenure, Ms. Villarreal has served in a 
host of capacities, including as executive assistant to three 
district engineers, and her enthusiastic commitment to these 
demanding roles has undoubtedly contributed to the success of the 
office while earning her the respect and admiration of her 
coworkers; and
	WHEREAS, Susie Villarreal has been an exemplary and esteemed 
employee for many years, and although she will be greatly missed by 
her colleagues and many friends at TxDOT, her well-deserved 
retirement is indeed cause for celebration; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Susie Ransleben Villarreal on the 
occasion of her retirement and extend to her sincere best wishes for 
happiness and success in all her future endeavors; and, be it 
further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Villarreal as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
