R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Mark Pierce of El Paso has brought training, 
consulting, coaching, and motivational programs to El Paso to help 
individuals and organizations maximize their potential for 
success, and his efforts have been recognized by the El Paso 
Hispanic Chamber of Commerce with a Mil Aplausos award; and
	WHEREAS, After establishing a successful career as an 
attorney, Mr. Pierce envisioned opening a corporate training 
facility for area residents; eventually, he established The 
Motivation Source as a way to help people and associations find a 
path to professional and personal success; and
	WHEREAS, Through his firm, this esteemed professional 
provides individual coaching, group training, seminars, and 
motivational speeches and hosts Toastmasters and other meetings; 
and
	WHEREAS, Mark Pierce is an active, committed member of his 
community, and he offers invaluable services to the residents of El 
Paso; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Mark Pierce on his receipt of the 
El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Mil Aplausos award and commend 
him for his efforts to help El Paso residents achieve success; and, 
be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Pierce as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
