R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The lives of Tanaz and Chesley Choudhury were 
forever changed when they became the proud parents of an adorable 
baby girl, Chloe Chelsea Choudhury, on October 29, 2002; and
	WHEREAS, This charming young Texan weighed six pounds, 13 
ounces, and measured 19-3/4 inches in length when she was first 
welcomed into the world at Memorial Hermann Hospital; and
	WHEREAS, Since that time, Chloe has brought immeasurable joy 
to the members of her close-knit family, including her parents and 
her baby brother, Tayte; among those whom she has particularly 
charmed are her grandparents, Kamal-Noel and Marie-Celine 
Choudhury and Dara and Banoo Colabawalla; and
	WHEREAS, Chloe Chelsea remains a blessing in the lives of all 
who know her, and it is a pleasure to honor her at this time; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby formally announce the birth of Chloe Chelsea 
Choudhury and congratulate her delighted parents, Tanaz and Chesley 
Choudhury; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the family as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
