R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Catherine Cecelia Hartberger of Houston is 
celebrating her 90th birthday on April 3, 2005, marking a milestone 
in her long and happy life; and
	WHEREAS, Mrs. Hartberger was brought up on a farm during the 
Great Depression and learned the value of hard work at a young age; 
she has spent her life laboring cheerfully for the welfare of her 
family and friends, whom she loves so dearly; and
	WHEREAS, A resident of Texas since 1998, Mrs. Hartberger 
continues to serve others by preparing learning materials for 
children with special needs; moreover, she remains quite active, 
enjoying her daily exercise classes and keeping up with the events 
of her hometown by reading its newspaper; and
	WHEREAS, This gracious lady has brought immense joy and 
happiness to the countless people whose lives she has touched, and 
she has earned the lasting respect and affection of all who are 
privileged to know her; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Catherine Cecelia Hartberger on 
the occasion of her 90th birthday and extend to her sincere best 
wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mrs. Hartberger as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
