H.R. No. 841



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Cecil and Dorothy Sain of San Angelo celebrated the 
momentous occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary on February 7, 
2005, marking a milestone in their long and happy life together; and
	WHEREAS, To commemorate this event, the pair were treated by 
their children to a surprise trip to New Orleans; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Sain and the former Dorothy Jean Rhoads were 
united in matrimony on February 7, 1955, in Lawton, Oklahoma; the 
couple have since enjoyed a marriage filled with love, trust, and 
mutual respect that has been blessed with a son and a daughter, Rick 
and Nancy, and three grandchildren; and
	WHEREAS, Former residents of Midland, the Sains are the 
owners of Air Dynamics, Heating and Air Conditioning in San Angelo 
and are valued members of First Assembly of God; and
	WHEREAS, The enduring union of Cecil and Dorothy Sain remains 
a source of inspiration to all those with whom they have shared the 
richness of their lives; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Cecil and Dorothy Sain on their 
golden wedding anniversary and extend to them sincere best wishes 
for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Sain as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
