R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, A loving family and good friends celebrate the life of Antonio Ramirez of Clute, who passed away on February 10, 2005, at the age of 56; and WHEREAS, Born on April 18, 1948, in Freeport to loving parents Julio and Consuelo Ramirez, Antonio Ramirez attended Brazosport High School and was a valued employee of the Brazosport and Angleton Independent School Districts and the Angleton Wal-Mart over the course of his career; and WHEREAS, This lifelong area resident was a treasured member of his community and a devoted family man; throughout the years, he earned the friendship and affection of many people, and his memory will live on in the hearts of those whose lives he touched; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Antonio Ramirez and extend sincere sympathy to the members of his family: to his beloved wife of 36 years, Aurelia Ramirez; to his children, Antonio Ramirez, Jr., and his wife, Laura, and Belinda Brodie and her husband, James; and to his other relatives and friends; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Antonio Ramirez.
