R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, Words cannot adequately describe the profound sadness felt by the family and friends of Frank David Cobos of Alpine, who passed from this life far too soon on October 23, 2004, at the age of 38; and WHEREAS, Born on February 19, 1966, Frankie Cobos was a 1984 graduate of Alpine High School and was employed by the Alpine Independent School District for several years; and WHEREAS, Mr. Cobos was a good friend to many, who enjoyed spending time with his family, his dog, Jabbo, and his biker buddies; and WHEREAS, A devoted brother and son, Mr. Cobos will be sorely missed, and those who were privileged to know him will forever carry him close in their hearts; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Frankie Cobos and extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his mother, Mary Alice Lujan; to his father, Lionel Cobos and his wife, Mary; to his sister, Trine Ortiz; to his brothers, Javier Cobos, Ruben Anthony Cobos, and David Putman; to his grandparents, Frank and Trine Cobos and Ramon and Maria Lujan; to his aunt and uncle, Diamantina and Gilbert Dutchover, and his uncles, Frank Bustamante, Tony Lujan, and Ramon Lujan, Jr.; and to his other relatives and many friends; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Frankie Cobos.
