H.R. No. 1088



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Manny Grado is a valued employee of the City of El 
Paso whose professional efforts enhance the quality of life enjoyed 
by residents of the community; and
	WHEREAS, A code compliance supervisor for the Building 
Permits and Inspections Department, this highly regarded gentleman 
takes responsibility for the Northeast, Central, West, and Upper 
Valley sections of the city, investigating land use and nuisance 
complaints and regulating business licenses; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Grado deftly handles the various challenges of 
his post as he helps to ensure the safety and well-being of his 
fellow Texans, and it is a pleasure to honor him at this time; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby commend Manny Grado for his service in behalf of 
the people of his community and for helping to make El Paso a better 
place in which to live; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Grado as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
