                                                                  H.R. No. 1090



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, As executive director of Hospice El Paso, Charles 
Roark is making a positive and lasting contribution in the lives of 
many throughout the West Texas region; and
	WHEREAS, Hospice El Paso is a medical service organization 
that provides in-home care for patients who are nearing the end of 
their lives and helps family members cope with the effects of caring 
for the terminally ill; and
	WHEREAS, The well-being of Texans often depends on the 
commitment and compassion of individuals such as Charles Roark; his 
work in behalf of the El Paso community is truly inspiring, and it 
is a pleasure to recognize his efforts at this time; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor Charles Roark for his exemplary work with 
Hospice El Paso and extend to him sincere best wishes for the 
future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Roark as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
