R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The year 2005 marks the 15th anniversary of the 
Sparks Housing Development Corporation; and
	WHEREAS, Sparks colonia has accomplished much since its 
incorporation in 1990; thanks to the efforts of local leaders, the 
area is fortunate to now have running water, a sewer system, and 
natural gas services; and
	WHEREAS, Residents may also look forward to a host of new 
amenities, as housing developments and youth recreation facilities 
bring new life into the community; and
	WHEREAS, Citizens of Sparks can take great pride in their 
growing Texas town, for the future is indeed bright for the 
settlement and its populace; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor Sparks Housing Development Corporation on 
its 15th anniversary and extend sincere best wishes to its 
citizens; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Sparks Corporation as an expression of high regard 
by the Texas House of Representatives.
