H.R. No. 1136



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Brit Lopez of El Paso has achieved excellence in the 
sport of soccer, earning the respect of teammates and opponents 
alike; and
	WHEREAS, A senior at Coronado High School, this talented 
student-athlete recorded four goals and two assists in a 7-0 win 
against Montwood High School; his exceptional performance further 
enhances a high school athletic career that included his selection 
to the All-District 1-5A and all-city teams during his freshman 
year; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Lopez  has demonstrated the skill and physical 
stamina of a true champion, and his achievements are an apt 
reflection of his commitment to excellence and hard work; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Brit Lopez for his accomplishments 
on the soccer field and extend to him best wishes for continued 
success in all his endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Lopez as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
