                                                                  H.R. No. 1265



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Family and friends deeply mourn the passing of 
Margarita Rodriguez of Tornillo on November 24, 2004, and seek to 
still the pain of their loss by remembering her generous spirit and 
boundless love; and
	WHEREAS, Mrs. Rodriguez was a devoted mother and grandmother, 
who is dearly missed by all those who were privileged to know and 
love her; and
	WHEREAS, Although her loss has left a void among her circle of 
family and friends, Margarita Rodriguez lives on in their thoughts 
and deeds, and it is truly appropriate to honor her memory at this 
time; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby pay tribute to the life of Margarita Rodriguez 
and extend deepest sympathy to the members of her family: to her 
sons, Leandro, Jesus, Jorge, and Diego; to her daughters, Gloria 
and Patty; to her granddaughters, Bianca, Fabiola, Diana, Yazmin, 
Patty, and Jessica; and to her other relatives and many friends; 
and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for her family and that when the Texas House of 
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Margarita 
Rodriguez.
