R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The Irving Girls Cheerleader Association (IGCA) 
Irving Elite has achieved great success, and the members of this 
outstanding organization are truly worthy of praise; and
	WHEREAS, Embodying spirit, talent, and dedication, the 
members of this exceptional group of young Texans are a source of 
great pride to their family, friends, and community; and
	WHEREAS, The IGCA has been competing for eight years and now 
includes an elementary competition team that was started three 
years ago; these two teams have earned numerous accolades for their 
sensational performances, in which the remarkable athletic ability 
of the participants and their innovative choreography are 
highlighted; and
	WHEREAS, In addition to team accomplishments, several of the 
team members compete as soloists and have won national titles in 
solo competitions; and
	WHEREAS, The enthusiasm and commitment demonstrated by the 
members of the IGCA are commendable, and it is a pleasure to 
recognize them at this time; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor the members of the Irving Girls 
Cheerleader Association (IGCA) Irving Elite for their many 
achievements and extend to them sincere best wishes for the future.
