R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, The House of Representatives of the State of Texas 
takes pride in recognizing Berkley Barnes Scroggins of 
Fredricksburg, Texas for serving the office of Representative Kent 
Grusendorf as an administrative intern for the duration of the 79th 
Legislative Session; and
	WHEREAS, Berkley has maintained a 3.8 grade point average as 
a Public Relations Major at The University of Texas at Austin while 
working over 10 hours per week for Chairman Grusendorf; and
	WHEREAS, Her friendly and sociable personality, interest in 
state government, and strong work ethic made working with Berkley a 
pleasure for the entire office staff; and
	WHEREAS, Representative Kent Grusendorf and staff wish 
Berkley the best of luck in all her future endeavors; and therefore 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th 
Legislature hereby commend Berkley Barnes Scroggins for her 
outstanding service to the citizens of House District 94 and the 
office of Representative Kent Grusendorf; and be it further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared in honor 
of Berkley Barnes Scroggins as expression of esteem from the House 
of Representatives.
