R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Wayland Sessions, Sr., and Betty Hendrix Sessions of 
Quitman marked a special milestone in their lives when they 
celebrated their golden wedding anniversary at the Dallas Mavericks 
game in Dallas on April 11, 2005; and
	WHEREAS, United in matrimony on April 13, 1955, in Tyler, Mr. 
and Mrs. Sessions have been blessed with two children, Belinda and 
Leland Sessions, and they have shared in the joy of welcoming three 
grandchildren into their lives; and
	WHEREAS, This devoted couple have nurtured a strong bond of 
love and mutual respect, and as they look back on many happy times 
and cherished family memories, it is a pleasure to join in honoring 
them on their enduring union; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Wayland Sessions, Sr., and Betty 
Hendrix Sessions of Quitman on their 50th wedding anniversary and 
extend to them warmest best wishes for continued happiness 
together; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Sessions as an expression of high regard 
by the Texas House of Representatives.
