R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, April 23, 2005, was a day of special significance in
the lives of Angela and Jason Hindman of Denton, for on that day
they became the proud parents of an adorable baby daughter, Helen
Noel Hindman; and
WHEREAS, This charming beauty weighed 6 pounds, 12 ounces,
and measured 18-3/4 inches in length when she was born at 8:36 p.m.
in Denton; and
WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a winning
personality, Helen Noel has already captured the hearts of her
parents and many new admirers; her long-awaited arrival has
delighted her parents, as well as her grandparents, John and Laura
Case of College Station and John and Pat Hindman of San Antonio; and
WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event, and
it is truly a pleasure to formally recognize Helen Noel's birth and
to honor her proud parents; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas
Legislature hereby officially welcome Helen Noel Hindman as a new
citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt congratulations to Angela and
Jason Hindman on the birth of their cherished daughter; and, be it
further
RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be
prepared for Helen Noel and her parents as an expression of high
regard by the Texas House of Representatives.
