R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, The untimely passing of Ann D. Nash of Elmendorf on February 9, 2005, at the age of 51, has brought a tremendous loss to the family and friends of this beloved woman; and WHEREAS, Born on May 21, 1953, in Memphis, Tennessee, Ms. Nash was a dedicated mother, grandmother, and friend to many, and she will long be remembered for her strength of character; and WHEREAS, This respected resident of the Elmendorf community was an inspiration to all who were privileged to know her, and although she will be greatly missed, her memory will live on in the hearts of the many people whose lives she touched; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas Legislature hereby honor the life of Ann D. Nash and extend deepest sympathy to her son, Brian Nash, to her dear friend, J. D. Reynolds, to her grandchildren, and to her other loved ones; and, be it further RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be prepared for the members of her family and that when the Texas House of Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Ann D.
