R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, April 28, 2004, was indeed a special day for Drs. 
Sunil and Margaret Sudarshan, for it marked the birth of their 
precious child, Wesley Venkatesham Sudarshan; and
	WHEREAS, Weighing six pounds, 11 ounces, and measuring 19-1/2 
inches in length at birth, Wesley came into this world in 
Charleston, South Carolina; and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a winning 
personality, this adorable baby boy has indeed brightened the lives 
of those around him and is a continuing source of delight to his 
grandparents, Drs. Sriram and Shona Sudarshan of Wichita Falls and 
Bob and Bitzy Boozer of Atlanta, Georgia; and
	WHEREAS, Although not a Texan by birth, young Wesley is 
possessed of outstanding Lone Star lineage, thus earning him 
well-deserved status as an honorary Texan, and the members of this 
chamber are pleased to afford to him all the privileges and 
perquisites accorded those individuals native to the Lone Star 
State; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Sunil and Margaret Sudarshan on the 
birth of their son, Wesley Venkatesham Sudarshan, and extend to 
Wesley best wishes for a bright and happy future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for the Sudarshans as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
