R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, February 10, 2005, was a day of special significance 
in the lives of Meg and Jay Propes of Austin, for on that day they 
became the proud parents of an adorable baby boy, Walker Henson 
Propes; and
	WHEREAS, This handsome young lad weighed seven pounds, three 
ounces, and measured 20-1/4 inches in length when he made his 
long-awaited arrival; and
	WHEREAS, Blessed with an irresistible smile and a winning 
personality, Walker has already brought great joy into the lives of 
his parents and many devoted admirers; and
	WHEREAS, The birth of a child is always a momentous event, and 
the members of this chamber take great pleasure in formally 
announcing Walker Henson's birth and honoring his delighted 
parents; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby officially welcome Walker Henson Propes as a new 
citizen of Texas and extend heartfelt congratulations to Meg and 
Jay Propes on the birth of their new son; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Propes as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
