R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Deborah Mary Folsom commemorated a special occasion 
with the celebration of her 60th birthday on September 4, 2004; and
	WHEREAS, Born in San Jose, California, she met her beloved 
husband, Warner Lawrence Folsom, at San Jose City College, where 
she pursued a degree in nursing; together with her husband, she has 
been blessed with three children, twins Wendy Marie and Cindy 
Louise and sibling Terry Lee, each of whom she has nurtured and 
sustained with tenderness, insight, and wisdom; and
	WHEREAS, Mrs. Folsom has enjoyed a successful career as a 
registered nurse that has spanned more than 35 years; specializing 
in home health care, she has provided countless hours of medical 
assistance, compassion, and companionship to patients suffering 
from terminal illnesses; and
	WHEREAS, In addition to her outstanding tenure in nursing, 
Mrs. Folsom is a partner in Folsom and Associates, Realtor 
Consultants for Keller Williams Realty; a woman who cherishes her 
Christian faith, she is also an active member of Champions Forest 
Baptist Church and a leader in her weekly prayer group; and
	WHEREAS, Throughout the years, Deborah Folsom has brought joy 
and happiness into the lives of all who know her, and her many good 
works and deeds continue to inspire her numerous admirers; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Deborah Mary Folsom on the 
celebration of her 60th birthday and extend to her best wishes for 
the future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mrs. Folsom as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
