H.R. No. 1771



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Memories of a life filled with joyful times and 
meaningful accomplishments may comfort the family and friends of 
Pablo Aguilar of Fort Davis, who passed away on April 25, 2005, at 
the age of 96; and
	WHEREAS, Born to Felix and Maria Aguilar on January 16, 1909, 
in Terlingua, Mr. Aguilar was a valued member of the Fort Davis 
community and enjoyed the distinction of being its second-oldest 
citizen; and
	WHEREAS, Although he will be sorely missed, this esteemed 
Texan will long be remembered for his strength of character, his 
zest for life, and his enduring love of family; now, therefore, be 
it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby pay special tribute to the life of Pablo Aguilar 
and extend deepest sympathy to the members of his family: to his 
children, Eva Gonzalez, Mary Carrasco, Norma Rodriguez, Isabel 
Garcia, Luis, Freddy, Santiago, Adan, and Alonzo Aguilar, and Pablo 
Aguilar, Jr.; to his 38 grandchildren and 46 great-grandchildren; 
to his great-great-grandchild; and to the other relatives and 
friends of this beloved man; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for his family and that when the Texas House of 
Representatives adjourns this day, it do so in memory of Pablo 
Aguilar.
