R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Caitlin Burhand has earned the distinction of being 
one of the top 10 graduates of L. D. Bell High School in Hurst for 
2005, and this outstanding achievement indeed merits special 
recognition; and
	WHEREAS, While a student at Bell High School, Ms. Burhand has 
earned a 4.7343 grade-point average, demonstrating a strong 
commitment to academic excellence and a stellar work ethic that 
will undoubtedly benefit her as she faces the myriad challenges and 
opportunities that lie ahead; and
	WHEREAS, Ready to embark on an exciting new chapter in her 
life, Caitlin Burhand may reflect with pride on her numerous 
accomplishments and look with anticipation and optimism toward a 
bright and promising future; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Caitlin Burhand on her academic 
success as a top 10 graduate of L. D. Bell High School for 2005 and 
extend to her warmest best wishes for continued good fortune in all 
her endeavors; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Burhand as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
