R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Nina Cheyenne Janes and Charles Matthew Embry will 
embark on a new and exciting journey in their life together when 
they are united as husband and wife on October 16, 2005, in Austin; 
and
	WHEREAS, The decision to enter into marriage is a profound 
and powerful expression of two people's commitment to one another, 
and the lifelong fulfillment of this sacred vow is one of the most 
meaningful experiences possible; and
	WHEREAS, The tradition of holding a public ceremony springs 
from a couple's heartfelt desire to share their joy with others, and 
the celebration of marriage nurtures and strengthens not only 
husband and wife but also their friends, family, and community; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. Embry and Ms. Janes have been blessed with a 
relationship that has grown steadily in mutual respect, affection, 
and understanding, and they enter married life with a sound 
foundation on which their relationship will continue to thrive; 
now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Nina Cheyenne Janes and Charles 
Matthew Embry on the occasion of their wedding and extend to them 
sincere best wishes for great happiness in the years to come; and, 
be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for this devoted pair as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
