R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Half a century of marriage is truly cause for 
celebration, and on June 25, 2005, C. C. and Elsie Huang of Houston 
are celebrating this joyous milestone in their marriage with family 
and friends at the Junior League of Houston Tea Room; and
	WHEREAS, Mr. and Mrs. Huang were married on June 26, 1955, at 
First Baptist Church in the Bayou City, in a ceremony officiated by 
Pastor Travis Key; since becoming husband and wife, they have 
nurtured an enduring union that has brought much happiness to them 
and to their close-knit circle of loved ones; and
	WHEREAS, For five decades, Mr. and Mrs. Huang have shared the 
myriad blessings and challenges of marriage, and it is a pleasure to 
join in honoring them at this special time; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate C. C. and Elsie Huang on the 
occasion of their 50th wedding anniversary and extend to them 
sincere best wishes for continued happiness; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. and Mrs. Huang as an expression of high regard by 
the Texas House of Representatives.
