H.R. No. 2014



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Betsy Austin Jimenez celebrated a significant 
milestone in her life on May 7, 2005, for on that date she graduated 
from The University of Texas at El Paso; and
	WHEREAS, Ms. Jimenez demonstrated initiative, leadership, 
and a determination to succeed during an undergraduate career that 
culminated in her receipt of a bachelor's degree in early childhood 
through fourth grade and fifth grade through eighth grade; and
	WHEREAS, This impressive young woman's commitment to 
education is commendable, and she is most deserving of recognition 
for her notable accomplishment; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Betsy Austin Jimenez on her 
graduation from The University of Texas at El Paso and extend to her 
best wishes for success and happiness in the coming years; and, be 
it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Ms. Jimenez as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
