H.R. No. 2149



R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Gabriella Jael Baez of Edinburg recently marked a 
significant milestone in her young life with her graduation from 
her kindergarten class at Travis Elementary; and
	WHEREAS, The daughter of Elizabeth Garza, Gabriella is a 
tremendous source of pride to her large and loving family, which 
includes sister Alexandra Baez, grandparents Eliseo and Maria 
Garza, and uncles and aunts Eliseo Garza, Jr., Mari and Victor 
Molina, Juan and Nellie Cantu, Maggie and Roy Cazares, Gladys 
Garza, Noemi Garza, Ruth Garza, and Slade and Esther Garza-Price; 
and
	WHEREAS, This delightful young Texan has shown great academic 
promise--already reading both English and Spanish--and enjoys 
running, riding ATVs, boating, and other water activities; she also 
loves animals; and
	WHEREAS, Ready to rise to the challenge of first grade, 
Gabriella Jael Baez is truly a joy to her family and friends, and it 
is a pleasure to congratulate her on what will undoubtedly be the 
first of many noteworthy achievements in her life; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Gabriella Jael Baez on her 
graduation from kindergarten and extend to her best wishes for a 
bright and happy future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Miss Baez as an expression of high regard by the Texas 
House of Representatives.
