R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Alexandra Aleeza Baez of Edinburg recently marked a 
significant milestone in her life when she completed the first 
grade at Travis Elementary School; and
	WHEREAS, The daughter of Elizabeth Garza, Alexandra is a 
continuing source of joy to her mother, to her sister, Gabriella, to 
her doting grandparents, Eliseo and Maria Garza, and to her 
extended family, which includes aunts and uncles, Mari and Victor 
Molina, Juan and Nellie Cantu, Maggie and Roy Cazares, Gladys, 
Neomi, Ruth, and Eliseo Garza, and Slade and Esther Garza-Price; 
and
	WHEREAS, This exceptional young woman has already started to 
read both English and Spanish; in her free time she enjoys boating, 
water activities, and riding ATVs and dreams of one day becoming a 
model and having a career in sports medicine; and
	WHEREAS, Now ready to tackle the rigors of second grade, 
Alexandra Baez will surely go far in the state she is proud to call 
home; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Alexandra Aleeza Baez on her 
graduation from the first grade and extend to her warmest best 
wishes for continued success and happiness in all her endeavors; 
and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Miss Baez as an expression of highest regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
