R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Throughout the 79th Legislative Session, the 
Special Services staff has provided indispensable support to the 
House of Representatives; and
	WHEREAS, Skillfully addressing their responsibilities, these 
dedicated men and women handle important day-to-day needs of house 
members, including food service, providing coffee, cleaning the 
house chamber, and perhaps most importantly, baking "to die for" 
cookies; and
	WHEREAS, Members of the Special Services team are: Adam C. 
Balandran, Ramona S. Espinoza, Julia Hernandez, Laura Medlock, 
Yvonne Mendieta, Annette Nichols, Gabriel Reyes, Lupe S. Ruiz, 
Gilbert Soto, and Edwina Ybarra; and
	WHEREAS, These commendable state employees have demonstrated 
a notable commitment to excellence in all of their endeavors, and it 
is truly a pleasure to recognize them at this time; now, therefore, 
be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby honor the members of the Special Services staff 
and commend them for their hard work and dedication.
