H.R. No. 2196



R E S O L U T I O N
	BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the 79th 
Texas Legislature, Regular Session, 2005, That House Rule 13, 
Section 9(a), be suspended in part as provided by House Rule 13, 
Section 9(f), to enable the conference committee appointed to 
resolve the differences on House Bill 1830 (notice provided for the 
establishment of municipal management districts), to consider and 
take action on the following matter:
	House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(1), is suspended to permit the 
committee to change the text of added Section 313.006(d), 
Government Code, to read as follows:
	(d)  The person is not required to mail notice to a person who 
owns real property in the proposed district if the property cannot 
be subject to an assessment by the district.
	Explanation:  The change is necessary to conform Section 
313.006(d) to the other subsections.
