H.R. No. 2212



R E S O L U T I O N
	BE IT RESOLVED by the House of Representatives of the State of 
Texas, 79th Legislature, Regular Session, 2005, That House Rule 13, 
Section 9(a), be suspended in part as provided by House Rule 13, 
Section 9(f), to enable the conference committee appointed to 
resolve the differences on House Bill 2027 (the use of certain 
weapons in or on the beds or banks of certain rivers and streams in 
particular counties; providing a penalty) to consider and take 
action on the following matter:
	House Rule 13, Section 9(a)(2), is suspended to permit the 
committee to omit "KERR," in the chapter heading to added Chapter 
284, Parks and Wildlife Code, and "Kerr," in added Subsection (b), 
Section 284.001, Parks and Wildlife Code.
	Explanation:  This change is necessary to exempt Kerr County 
from the application of Chapter 284, Parks and Wildlife Code, as 
added by H.B. No. 2027.
