R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, Jesse Stuart James Lovegren of San Benito has 
graduated with honors from The University of Texas at Austin with a 
degree in chemical engineering, and he may take great pride in his 
scholastic achievement; and
	WHEREAS, The son of James and Suzanne Lovegren, Mr. Lovegren 
has shown outstanding initiative and determination during his 
collegiate career; and
	WHEREAS, This well-traveled young man will soon embark on a 
two-year journey with the Peace Corps to Cameroon, where he will 
teach biology, chemistry, and physics to high school students; and
	WHEREAS, Jesse Lovegren represents the finest qualities of 
our state's young people, and it is indeed a pleasure to recognize 
him as he embarks on what promises to be a bright future; now, 
therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate Jesse Stuart James Lovegren on his 
graduation from The University of Texas at Austin and extend to him 
sincere best wishes for success in his work with the Peace Corps; 
and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Lovegren as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
