R E S O L U T I O N
	WHEREAS, August Lee Lovegren of San Benito is graduating from 
the Science Academy of South Texas in Mercedes, one of the nation's 
top high schools; and
	WHEREAS, To obtain his diploma, this noteworthy young Texan 
completed a research and development project by creating innovative 
and efficient containers to hold the native plants and grasses of 
the Rio Grande Valley; and
	WHEREAS, Dedicated to meeting the highest academic 
standards, Mr. Lovegren will continue his studies at The University 
of Texas-Pan American, where he plans to study linguistics; and
	WHEREAS, August Lovegren has earned the respect and 
admiration of his friends, classmates, and family members, 
including his parents, James and Suzanne Lovegren, his brothers, 
Jesse, Philip, and Joseph Lovegren, and his sisters, Natalie and 
Audrey Lovegren, and, as he looks forward to a future bright with 
promise, it is most fitting to pay tribute to him for his 
accomplishments; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the House of Representatives of the 79th Texas 
Legislature hereby congratulate August Lee Lovegren on the occasion 
of his graduation from the Science Academy of South Texas and extend 
to him sincere best wishes for the future; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That an official copy of this resolution be 
prepared for Mr. Lovegren as an expression of high regard by the 
Texas House of Representatives.
