A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the liability of certain entities that enter agreements 
with a metropolitan rapid transit authority.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 451.069, Transportation Code, is 
repealed.               
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
