A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to limiting use of money in the Texas Enterprise Fund to 
recipients that provide health benefit plans.
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 481.078, Government Code, is amended by 
adding Subsection (g) to read as follows:
	(g)  A grant of money from the fund may not be made to a 
recipient unless the recipient commits to providing a health 
benefit plan to the recipient's employees.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
