A BILL TO BE ENTITLED

AN ACT

relating to the supplemental salaries of district judges in Harris 
County.  
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 2, Chapter 100, Acts of the 78th 
Legislature, Regular Session, 2003, reenacting Subsection (a), 
Section 32.101, Government Code, is repealed.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
