A BILL TO BE ENTITLED



AN ACT


relating to an interagency work group on rural issues.                        
	BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS:                        
	SECTION 1.  Section 487.054(a), Government Code, is amended 
to read as follows:
		(26)  the Governor's designee that provides services to 
the state in accordance with Section 502 of the Agricultural Credit 
Act of 1987 (PL 100-233), as amended.
	SECTION 2.  This Act takes effect September 1, 2005.
