CONCURRENT RESOLUTION
	WHEREAS, Senate Bill No. 568 has been adopted by the Texas 
Senate and the Texas House of Representatives and is being prepared 
for enrollment; and
	WHEREAS, The bill contains a technical error that should be 
corrected; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED by the 79th Legislature of the State of Texas, That 
the enrolling clerk of the senate be instructed to correct Senate 
Bill No. 568, in SECTION 9 of the bill, in the first sentence of 
proposed Subsection (a), Section 781.201, Health and Safety Code, 
as amended by House Floor Amendment No. 1, by Truitt, between "each 
applicant for" and "registration", by inserting "a license or".


Instructing the enrolling clerk of the senate to make technical 
corrections to Senate Bill No. 568.
