SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 27

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Eunice Johnson on the occasion of her retirement as an 
administrative clerk in the Infusion Therapy Department of
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center after 25 years
of devoted service; and

	WHEREAS, Throughout her tenure at the M. D. Anderson Cancer 
Center, Eunice has been noted for her exemplary skills and reliable 
judgment, and her caring attitude has helped patients to face their 
daily challenges; and

	WHEREAS, Hardworking and compassionate, Eunice has been a 
source of strength to many and has carried out her responsibilities 
with exceptional dedication; and

	WHEREAS, A highly respected employee of the Infusion Therapy 
Department, Eunice will be greatly missed by her colleagues at the 
M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and by the many patients whose lives 
she touched; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, hereby commend Eunice Johnson for her 
exceptional service in the Infusion Therapy Department at
The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center and extend to 
her best wishes for the retirement years ahead; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
