SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 482

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Oralia J. Guerrero on the occasion of her retirement 
from the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission on February 25, 2005,
after 22 years of loyal service to the state; and

	WHEREAS, Oralia J. Guerrero began her service with the 
state in 1983 at the Texas Department of Human Services, and she 
has worked for the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission for the 
past 10 years; and

	WHEREAS, A talented and resourceful individual, Oralia has 
handled her many responsibilities at both the Texas Department of 
Human Services and the Texas Workers' Compensation Commission 
with exceptional efficiency and dedication; and

	WHEREAS, An exemplary employee, Oralia is admired and 
respected by her colleagues, and her presence at the Texas Workers'
Compensation Commission will be greatly missed; now, therefore, 
be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, hereby commend Oralia J. Guerrero for her many 
contributions to our state and extend to her best wishes for the 
retirement years ahead; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
