SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 836

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Tara Michelle Rhyne of Angleton on the occasion of her 
home school graduation on May 21, 2005; and

	WHEREAS, Tara demonstrated exceptional diligence and 
determination in achieving the goals she set for herself, and she 
has fulfilled her requirements for a high school diploma at home; 
and

	WHEREAS, She has been courageous in choosing to complete 
her education at home for the past two years, and she has 
maintained above-average grades throughout her high school 
years; and

	WHEREAS, A devout Christian, Tara has confirmed her 
commitment to service and has respect for mankind and a 
deep-seated love of children; and

	WHEREAS, She has successfully faced the many challenges of 
a home school education, and she is well prepared to embark on an 
adventure into a world that holds countless exciting 
opportunities for her; now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, hereby commend Tara Michelle Rhyne for her 
excellent accomplishments and extend to her congratulations on 
her graduation with many good wishes for future success in all of 
her endeavors; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
her as an expression of high regard from the Texas Senate.
