SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 917

	WHEREAS, The Senate of the State of Texas is pleased to 
recognize Monica Lerato Ramasehla on the auspicious occasion
of her graduation from the University of Pretoria Law School in 
South Africa; and

	WHEREAS, She graduated from law school on April 18, 2005; 
while attending law school, she distinguished herself as an 
outstanding student; and

	WHEREAS, A high achiever, Monica establishes and pursues 
her goals with perseverance and a clear vision of her future; and

	WHEREAS, Her notable accomplishments in law school bear 
witness to her steadfast dedication and outstanding abilities; 
now, therefore, be it

	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, hereby commend Monica Lerato Ramasehla on the 
felicitous occasion of her graduation from the University of 
Pretoria Law School in South Africa and extend to her best wishes 
for success in the years ahead; and, be it further

	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
her as an expression of esteem from the Texas Senate.
