SENATE RESOLUTION NO. 1058
	WHEREAS, The birth of a baby is one of the most treasured 
events in the life of a couple; and
	WHEREAS, April 18, 2005, will be a day long remembered and 
cherished by Romeo and Basetsana Kumalo, for on that day their 
son was born; and
	WHEREAS, The beautiful baby boy weighed 3.9 kilograms and 
was given the name Nkosinathi Gabriel Kumalo; and
	WHEREAS, Nkosinathi's safe arrival is the fulfillment of 
his parent's dearest wish; Romeo and Basetsana are filled with 
joy over this long-awaited infant, who has a permanent place in 
their hearts; now, therefore, be it
	RESOLVED, That the Senate of the State of Texas,
79th Legislature, hereby extend congratulations to
Romeo and Basetsana Kumalo and best wishes for the future to 
Nkosinathi Gabriel Kumalo; and, be it further
	RESOLVED, That a copy of this Resolution be prepared for 
the Kumalo family.
