No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

This bill would allow a funeral home assisting with a burial of a veteran access to that veteran's military discharge record.  The bill would take effect immediately if receiving a two-thirds vote of each house, or 91 days after the last day of the legislative session.

Local Government Impact

No fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
