HB93 by Riddle (Relating to showing the manner of death on the death certificate of an inmate of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice who is lawfully executed.), Committee Report 2nd House, As Amended

No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Health and Safety Code to specify the cause of death in lawful executions. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice has determined that the cost of implementing the bill would not be significant.  

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
