No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Alcoholic Beverage Code to restrict the hours of operations of certain beer and wine permit holders in residential areas.  The Alcoholic Beverage Commission indicates that these restrictions can be accomplished within existing resources.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
