No significant fiscal implication to the State is anticipated.

The bill would amend the Civil Practice and Remedies Code and the Code of Criminal Procedure as it relates to the admissibility of an alleged victim's past sexual behavior or sexual presdisposition.  The bill would only apply to proceedings that begin on or after October 1, 2005.

Local Government Impact

No significant fiscal implication to units of local government is anticipated.
